He is known for calling people to do one thing: Passionately Pursue Jesus Christ. He started and/or developed four thriving churches in America. Globally, Mark has shared the Gospel with over five million people, helped train over 50,000 pastors in expository preaching, and partnered to establish over 100 churches in Africa. He also leads Mark Henry Ministries. He is a graduate of New Tribes Bible Institute and Peniel Baptist Seminary. Mark and his wife, Jera, have been married for over 30 years and raised three children who are, along with their families, living for Jesus.
